Sometimes I wonder what kind of impact I must be having on my kids. For instance, Katie says she no longer likes deviled eggs because they have nuts in them (pickles). Cole wants to eat at the table in McDonalds where you can see the people cook (a high bar near the cash register). Katie tells me not to formember (forget and remember combined) to do something. Cole asked if the fried shrimp he was eating had the same thing in it as the boiled shrimp that I was eating. After I told him yes - he "unwrapped" one of his fried shrimp just to make sure that I was telling the truth. Yep - who knows what they must be thinking about how crazy their parents are. We are just having fun being all together.
Sometimes my kids can say the funnest words. This morning it was so foggy outside that it was difficult to see. Katie says, "I can't believe how froggy it is this morning." Cole agreed that it was very froggy. Katie sometimes says allergy for alert when playing battle with her brother. Cole says that he takes durteck (Zurteck) for allergies. They were singing, "The weather outside is nightfull, the sun is so delightful, since we have no place to go, Let it snow." Well, at least they say I love you just right.
