David had the kids last night while I was working. David said that around 8:10 the phone rings and it's Justin Sides for Cole. The talked about 10 minutes. Cole then goes to bed. About 10 mintues later the phone rings again. It's Justin for Cole. David then tells Justin that Cole is asleep and that he will have to talk to him tomorrow at school. Justin says OK and then hangs up. Ten more mintues go by and the phone rings again. This time, Justin has disguised his voice and asks to speak to Cole. David asks, "Who is this?" The "caller" says, "This is Justin's mom." David plays along with the "mom" and informs the caller that Cole is indeed asleep. Justin goes in and out of his moms voice during the conversation. David tells Justin (once again) that he will have to talk to Cole at school. Justin's response - OK - in Justin's voice. I only hope that we can continue to stay one step ahead of our kids friends. Something tells me that we need training.
Sometimes my kids can say the funnest words. This morning it was so foggy outside that it was difficult to see. Katie says, "I can't believe how froggy it is this morning." Cole agreed that it was very froggy. Katie sometimes says allergy for alert when playing battle with her brother. Cole says that he takes durteck (Zurteck) for allergies. They were singing, "The weather outside is nightfull, the sun is so delightful, since we have no place to go, Let it snow." Well, at least they say I love you just right.
